Section 5 - What Will Happen with the Website?

This section will briefly outline the possibilities of utilizing our current website to its potential.

First and foremost, it needs to constantly be updated

  • The ministries/liaisons for those ministries need to make sure the most up-to-date information in on their respective pages
  •      Why?  People go to the website for current information
  •           If we don't have it, we're turning people off to our site
  •           We're also going to get a reputation for having out-of-date
             information
  • The Director of Communications will be checking and editing as needed
  •      We have a website, we have the tools, so let's use them!

New Structures and Guidelines Will Be Put in Place

  • If you need help with something, please do not hesitate to ask
  • If you need content formatted, that's okay
  •      However, you are responsible for creating your content - that
         should be a part of your responsibilities within your respective
         ministries/councils/commissions

New tools will be in development

  • We are working on new technologies for our website
  •      Examples, online sign-up forms, qr codes, etc.
