Faith Formation Commission

St. Edna Catholic Church offers a variety of opportunities to help you grow in your faith. Our innovative programs are for everyone ranging from pre-school age to adults.

Vision

To foster the life-long growth, of all, in the Catholic Faith.


Role of a Member

The role of a member of the Faith Formation Commission is to embrace, articulate and support the vision of the Commission; and to have a thorough understanding of the synergies of the Ministries which make up the Faith Formation Commission.


Expectations

By consistent and thorough communication with the Parish Pastoral Council and Faith Formation Ministries, we will:

  • Affirm the strength of our existing Ministries
  • Share successes with other Commissions and Ministries
  • Identify and address the needs of our existing Faith Formation Ministries
  • Identify and address the Faith Formation needs of St. Edna Parish


VIRTUS Training


All volunteers must be in compliance in order to volunteer in Saint Edna parish programs where they will be in contact with minors.
